talented, caring people
Paralegal Support/Development Manager
As a ‘longtimer’ at the firm, thinking back over the years, three significant factors stand out as major influences on my decision to remain here: the opportunities I have had to explore different career paths; the privilege of working a flexible schedule while raising my family; and maybe most importantly, the experiences I have shared over the years, both personally and professionally, with the wonderful, talented, caring people that Morrison & Foerster attracts.

hardworking group of superstars
Lead Legal Secretary
My relationship with Morrison & Foerster is one that I have been proud of for more than 20 years. As a professional legal secretary, I can say with certainty that my first work experience with Morrison & Foerster was well worth repeating. After leaving the firm for two years to pursue other interests, I was delighted to rejoin the firm staff in 1999. I have not had the pleasure of working with such a diverse, hardworking group of superstars anywhere else in my career.
opportunities to contribute
Bethany De Ruiter
eDiscovery Project Manager
MoFo has always challenged me to think outside the box in coming up with solutions to situations that require creative thought. I am often asked to apply my experience to the situation at hand and to strategize about solutions and different ways of approaching my various projects and assignments. What I appreciate most about MoFo, however, is how MoFo fosters teamwork, creating an environment where each member of the team is included and offered opportunities to contribute to the best of his or her ability.
opportunities for professional growth
Senior Paralegal (Patent)
I find the opportunities for professional growth and development most rewarding at Morrison & Foerster. The firm’s support for continuing education through onsite seminars and its reimbursement policy for participation in offsite seminars and programs are truly invaluable.

What makes working at MoFo so meaningful is the people and the relationships I have with them. I have a good deal of affection for them and the work they do. It’s rare to find such wonderful people all in one place.

Senior End User Support Analyst
Before joining Morrison & Foerster, I was their LexisNexis account executive for 10 years. In that position, I saw how MoFo was years ahead of the many other law firms in the U.S. in embracing technology. Today, after two decades of employment at MoFo, I am proud to say that this tradition continues and I feel fortunate to be part of their technology team.
