The focus of our global privacy group is on cross-border advice on particularly critical data protection issues of multinational companies, for example, in connection with the EU GDPR, global compliance checks, the introduction of data protection and IT guidelines, and whistleblowing systems. On our team, you will help leading companies to respond correctly to acute data security breaches and impending or ongoing investigations by data protection authorities. As part of our team, you will be there when it comes to labor law consequences in connection with local and international transactions and restructuring.
